One of the mobile trucks was in the New York City area (53rd St and 6th ave) and tried the Jerk Chicken just to see if it measured up to my West Indian taste standards. YO!!!!!. The portion was so large I had leftovers and the spices used were unique for Jamaicans. Not to say it was not pleasurable but unique. I need to know what seasoning was used! The vendor even gave me a sample before my purchase which I GLADY purchased a full portion. PLEASE get more trucks in the New York City and Brooklyn area. EVEN IF IT SNOWS!

I Found this place last night. Best Oxtails ever. Large portions and simply delicious! Worth the trek to Brooklyn!!

How I came upon this food truck, One day it was really hot outside. I was on my way to the store to get a sandwich. When I got out my building there was this Jamaican food truck parked outside my building. I got excited cause one I didn’t have to walk to the store two I was getting really for not no sandwich. In the end I didn’t get a chance to taste this food trucks Jamaican food that day due to a problem with the truck. Then three weeks later went by and I see the food truck again. I was soo determined to see what was up with this food truck. Atleast I was was able to get a face and a name of the owner of this food truck. Shaka your the best down from the food. I love it the food was amazing. Never was a fan of curry goat but you changed that and I’m soo happy I was able to finally taste the food. Ate it all up. So sad it was done. Now this will be all I crave. I give this food a 10/10. This Carribean kings food truck is the truth!!!

These tacos are spicyyyyyyy- really great quality chicken and ingredients. You get A TON OF FOOD for $9. Tacos are definitely two meals

Best food on the block!! I go for the jerk tofu plate with plantains, a delicious vegetarian option. The fries are always amazing, too. Prices are unbeatable - everything is so cheap for this area and for how much food you get. Plus, the homie who works there always hooks me up with a little extra. I'm there at least once a week!

Naw this food is rlly bomb. And they have the best prices I got three tacos, a side of plantains and a soda for $10 plus the guy was so sweet!!

Been craving a great Caribbean spot in the area for a while now that delivers. Just ordered from Seamless and this spot was above my expectations. Got the jerk chicken, rice, and plantains. They even put jerk sauce on the rice . This place is phenomenal and every one should try it. Their jerk is spicy but so flavorful and the chicken was moist and delicious.

If your in Brooklyn and your hungry for Caribbean food, make the stop here. Food is good, fresh and hot. Trying to eat and write this review. Staff was friendly and warm. Great experience from start to finish...

The owner or the guy that works there is so nice and completely friendly. The food is amazing and the service is fast and clean. Especially during the pandemic, its clean and always hot and fresh. Will be going back and thank you for working during this time!

Usually found on 4th and Bedford. It's the combination of tasty food and great service that really makes this truck five star worthy. I always get the same thing, jerk chicken with rice and peas and plantain, it's always satisfying, plus the guy usually hooks customers up with a little something extra. He's a great human and his food is fantastic, what more reason could you want.

When you are craving the flavors of the Caribbean this truck will hit the spot! Sweet and sticky, the oxtail stew comes with many pieces of bone sticking deliciousness. The rice and beans (or rice and peas) with steamed vegetables are stick to your ribs tasty.

They also have various Jamaican beverages or which Ting is my favorite. Like Buju said "Me luva me car, me luva me bike, me luva me money and Ting uh"

Guys! YOU HAVE TO TRY THE FOOD! Its sooooo delicious and sumptuous :)! Ive been craving authentic Jamaican food for so long and Ive finally come across a place here that does it so right . I ordered oxtail curry with rice and peas and plantains - It truly tastes like the food in Jamaica when I went on vacation . So tender , gravy is bangin! Its also halal meat guys which makes it so unique . They were so sweet and also packed me a side of extra curry chicken . AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS FOOD, So Kind and sweet. I wish I could give it a 10 star rating ! :) but Ill have to settle with 5 stars :).

Amazing food we got the jerk chicken and it was unbelievable !!!! Price is right and the coconut rice was to die for. super friendly service too, so glad we made the stop on our way home. our bowl was enough for two people !!!
